- Pricing questions . Pro vs Founders math, refunds, upgrades
- Press / partnership / API integration inquiries
- False-positive support . if a school accused you, we'll send the defense playbook
- Just to say what worked . we like that too
What we don't do over email
- Generate content for you . that's the tool's job, not support
- Write your essay manually . we're not ghost writers, we just maintain the engine
- Argue with your school's policy . we'll send evidence to support a defense, but we don't represent you
About response time
Most emails get a reply within 24 hours, often within 2-4. We're a small team at Outline Technologies . one engineer (Abd) handles ByGPT support directly. If you don't hear back within 48 hours, your email probably hit spam . try again or reply to a previous ByGPT email so the thread resumes.
What about social media?
We don't run an active social presence. The site, the journal, and the email inbox are how we communicate. If you see a "ByGPT official" account on Twitter/X, Instagram, or anywhere else, it's not us . those accounts are imposters.
